Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99 or FREE on orders over $50.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $19.99
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Gadget Sync is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Gadget Sync will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
International Shipping
- All international orders are subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees as determined by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
